• Respond to buyer inquiries within a reasonable timeframe
• Not list counterfeit, illegal, or prohibited products
• Honour quoted prices and terms for the period specified
• Maintain valid business registrations and GST compliance where applicable

5. Buyer Obligations

Buyers agree to post genuine requirements only and not abuse the inquiry system for spam, data collection, or competitive intelligence gathering.

6. Prohibited Conduct

The following are strictly prohibited on Dhandha Bazar:

• Fraudulent listings, fake verifications, or impersonation
• Spam, phishing, or unsolicited commercial communications
• Scraping, data mining, or automated access without permission
• Listing prohibited goods under Indian law
• Attempting to circumvent security measures

Dhandha Bazar is a technology platform that connects buyers and sellers. We do not endorse, guarantee, or assume responsibility for any product, service, transaction, or dispute between users. All transactions are solely between buyer and seller.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dhandha Bazar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

10. Termination

11. Governing Law
