4. Seller obligations

Sellers on Dhandha Bazar agree to:

• Provide accurate, truthful and complete information about their business and products
• Respond to buyer inquiries within a reasonable timeframe
• Not list counterfeit, illegal or prohibited products
• Honour quoted prices and terms for the period specified
• Maintain valid business registrations and GST compliance where applicable

We review supplier profiles and products before publication and may decline or remove any listing.

5. Buyer obligations

Buyers agree to post genuine requirements only and not to abuse the inquiry system for spam, data collection or competitive intelligence gathering.

6. Prohibited conduct

• Fraudulent listings, fake verifications or impersonation
• Spam, phishing or unsolicited commercial communications
• Scraping, data mining or automated access without permission
• Listing goods prohibited under Indian law
• Attempting to circumvent security measures
• Harassment or abuse of other users or our staff

7. Intellectual property

All content on Dhandha Bazar — including the logo, design, code and curated content — is the property of Dhandha Bazar and protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce or distribute our content without written permission. Sellers keep ownership of the listing content they submit and grant us a licence to display it on the platform.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

Dhandha Bazar is a technology platform that connects buyers and sellers. We do not endorse, guarantee or assume responsibility for any product, service, transaction or dispute between users. All transactions are solely between buyer and seller.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dhandha Bazar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or at our discretion with reasonable notice. You may also delete your account by contacting us.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
